We offer all partners the opportunity to accept assignments. Assignments are sent out in batches, and partners have one hour to indicate whether they accept the assignment. This should provide enough time to review the assignment and ask any clarifying questions to our team. To help you plan better, we distribute assignments at fixed times, so you know exactly when to log into the Cutr platform to view available assignments.

How Does It Work?

Our marketplace classifies production partners into different groups based on their activity level and average rating. This classification determines the order in which partners are offered assignments. At a predetermined time, each group receives available orders via email or directly on our platform.

Important to know:

  • Orders are distributed daily. There won't be an order for you every day, depending on demand and your classification.

  • You have one hour to accept or decline a received order. This ensures fast turnaround times and efficient allocation.

Assignment Process

After the hour, our system evaluates all responses. The assignment of orders follows a specific hierarchy:

  1. If you are the only partner who has accepted the order, it is directly assigned to you.

  2. If multiple interested partners exist, preference is given to the partner with the highest rating and the best history of accepted orders.

  3. If none of the partners accept the order, it is moved to the next group, where the process repeats.

What You Need to Know

  • The system aims to promote transparency and fairness, rewarding your commitment and quality.

  • Continuity and expectation management are central. This system helps you plan your day better, knowing when you can expect assignments.

FAQ

What does it mean to be placed in a certain group?

Your group number determines when you get access to a new assignment. Partners in group 1 see the assignment first. If no one from this group accepts the assignment, it is made available to group 2 an hour later, and so forth. This means there's a chance an assignment is accepted before it reaches your group, depending on the response from earlier groups. Your placement in a group reflects your current rating and activity, thereby providing direct feedback on your performance.
