This guide outlines our picture requirements for different project types.

Why we need pictures

  • Verify product quality before shipping

  • Identify potential damage during transport

  • Allow customers to preview products

  • Save time and costs by catching issues early

General guidelines

  • Upload pictures at least 3 days before delivery

  • Use clear, well-lit images

  • Name files with part names and sides (e.g., 'partA_front.jpg')

  • Upload via the 'Files' tab under Production Files on our platform

Guidelines per project type

Assembled products

  • Overall views of cabinetry

  • Close-ups of:

    • Varnish finish

    • Edgebanding

    • Joints and corners

    • Hardware installation

  • Label each picture with the specific part of the project

  • Take pictures before leaving the warehouse

Parts

  1. Small project (0-10 different/identical parts)

    • One picture per unique part showing all sides

    • For identical parts, one detailed picture plus a group shot

  2. Large projects (many identical parts)

    1. Detailed pictures of one part from each type

    2. Group shots showing quantity and consistency

  3. Parts for Assembly

    1. Pictures of individual parts

    2. Images showing how parts fit together

    3. Close-ups of joining mechanisms

For all parts, include clear images of:

  • Hole quality (no chipping)

  • Edgebanding quality (no residual glue, smooth edges)

  • Chamfered or rounded edges

  • Unique details (inserts, hardware, cut-outs)
