If such a call hasn't been scheduled yet, it's important to provide your availability promptly. You can do so by replying to the email notification or reaching out via the platform's messaging system.

  2. Fulfilment Date Needs Filling: The fulfilment date is a critical piece of information for orders for customers to be informed. Please input the delivery date on the platform as soon as possible to ensure smooth planning and execution.

  3. Production Drawing Upload Required: Some orders require production drawings for customer approval. If all production drawings haven't been uploaded under 'production files' in the File tab on the platform, please do so promptly to prevent any delays.

  4. Sample Delivery Date Updating: For orders requiring samples, it's essential to communicate the expected sample fulfilment date promptly. You can do so by replying to the email notification or through the Messages tab on the platform. Timely communication ensures customer expectations are met.

  5. QA Visit Scheduling Required: Certain orders necessitate a physical quality check by our team. If a date hasn't been set yet, please provide us with your availability promptly. You can do so by replying to the email notification or contacting us through the Messages tab.

  6. Order Not Delivered: In cases where the delivery should have occurred but hasn't, prompt action is required for issue resolution. Please contact us as soon as possible to address the situation and establish a new delivery date.

  7. Upload Finished Order Pictures: After completing an order, it's important to upload pictures of the finished product under the 'production files' section on the platform before delivery. This ensures transparency and allows customers to review the final product upfront.
