At times during the fulfilment process, you may come across open tasks related to your orders. These tasks serve as checkpoints to ensure smooth progress and timely completion. Here's what you need to know about them:

  1. Drawing Approval Needed: If you receive a notification indicating drawing approval is required, it means that production drawings associated with your order are awaiting your review. You can find the relevant files under the File Tab on your order with the status ‘Awaiting Approval’. Your prompt review and approval or rejection are crucial to prevent any delays.

  2. Kick-off Call Availability Missing: Another task you might encounter is providing us with your availability for a kick-off call. This call involves you, along with our Production Partner, to discuss important details regarding your order. If the call hasn't been scheduled yet, it's essential to provide your availability promptly. You can do so by replying to the email notification or reaching out via the Messages Tab on your order.

  3. Sample Approval Needed: Sometimes, sample pictures require your approval before proceeding further. Similar to drawing approval, you can find these pictures under the Files Tab on your order. Your timely review and decision to approve or reject are vital to prevent any delays in full production.
