Learn here how you can use our new dispatch system from April 2024, including how assignments are assigned and scheduled.

Introduction

At Cutr, we are committed to providing our partners with the best opportunities and tools to be successful. With the introduction of our new dispatch system, we aim to further realize this goal. This system is designed to provide a fairer and more transparent method for assigning orders, based on your performance and activity within the Cutr platform.

The Production Partner rating system helps provide you an oversight of your performance on Cutr. Your total rating is dependent on the following factors:

  • Quality

  • Communication

  • Involvement

  • Delivery time compliance

  • Budget compliance

  • Customer satisfaction (if available)

For each item, you will receive a minimum of 1 star (⭐️) and a maximum of 5 stars (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

How do ratings impact you?

  • Highly rated Production Partners: (+4.5) Gain exclusive access to assignments from our most valuable customers

  • Compliant rated Production Partners (4-4.5): This influences allocation of orders. Where to partners have the ability to execute on an order, the partner with a higher rated will be awarded the job.

  • Lower Rating (less than 4.0): Cutr works with partners rated lower than 4 to ensure that we can find the right match for our customers.

Your current rating

You will be notified of your rating at least 10 working days post approval of any order produced. If you are curious about your current rating or how you can improve it, send us a message. Our goal is to create an environment where every partner can grow and be successful.

FAQ

Does cancelling an job affect my score?

Yes, cancelling an assignment can affect your score. We value reliability and the ability to rely on our partners. Therefore, cancelling an assignment, depending on the situation, is usually included in your average rating. We understand that there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that can lead to cancellation, but frequent cancellation can be seen as a sign of unreliability. We encourage you to communicate clearly and seek alternative solutions in a timely manner if you are faced with challenges that stand in the way of completing an assignment.

How can I improve my score?

To improve your score, we focus on various areas: quality, communication, involvement, delivery time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Quality: Make sure you deliver what is asked. This means that all and the correct parts have been delivered, the finish is correct and tidy, and the end product meets the customer's expectations. Alignment on production files is an easy way to ensure customer expectations are clearly understood and aligned.

  • Communication: Transparent communication is critical to a smooth workflow. Today both Customers and Cutr can communicate with you via the Cutr platform. Prompt responses ensures early alignment.

  • Engagement: This concerns actively keeping track of your data on the platform, such as filling in the fulfillment tab with delivery times, marking your orders as complete, or updating the relevant files required by the customer.

  • Delivery Time: It is important that you deliver within the requested timeframe. If a delay occurs, this is not immediately seen as negative, provided you report this in time (for example, 2 weeks in advance).

  • Customer Satisfaction: The feedback and ratings from customers are included in your final evaluation. A satisfied customer is an indicator of good work.

How often is my evaluation updated?

Your rating is updated after each completed assignment. This means that you get direct feedback on your performance and insight into how each assignment contributes to your overall score. If you have questions or disagree on your rating, we encourage you to start a conversation with us. We are open to dialogue and want to work together to address any concerns or misunderstandings.
