Save multiple addresses on your Cutr account and select them as delivery and/or billing addresses for each order. Select default delivery or billing addresses and save time on your next orders.
Managing your Address Book
Navigate to your address book by clicking on the icon at the top right side of any page after you've logged into Cutr. Click on Account.
Then select Address Book on the left hand side menu
See all the addresses you've ever created in your account.
To edit an address click on the three dots on the top right of an order card. From there, you can set an address to Default delivery or Default billing address.
Note: you can only have one address selected as Default Delivery address and/or Default Billing address at a time. These can be different addresses but don't have to be. Any new quote request will default to this/these address(es).
Adding a new address
From the Address Book page, click on the "+ Add a new address" button on the top right and fill out the required fields.
Scroll down to add your Delivery details if you intend to deliver to this address. This information is needed to ensure a swift and effortless delivery of your order.

Delivery notes: anything else we need to know to be able to deliver accurately.
Save the new address.
You can set this address as a default billing address or as a default delivery address by clicking on the three dots above the address card.
Delivery Address
This is the address where your order will be delivered to.
Set this address while creating a quote request on Cutr and selecting the Delivery option. If you want to change the address, click on Change.
If you need to add a new address, select Manage addresses at the bottom of the pop-up and follow the instructions to Add a new address.
Go back to your order draft from your orders page and pick up where you left off. You will now be able to select the newly created address from the address options.
Note: Once your quote is accepted, you will not be able to make any changes to the selected delivery address. Please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or by mailing support@cutr.ai if you need to make changes to the delivery address beyond this point.
Billing address
The billing address will show up on the order invoice you will receive from Cutr. You can set the billing address when reviewing your quote.
Find the selected address in the Billing address section of your Quotes page.
Change the address by selecting the Change button. If you need to add a new address, select Manage addresses at the bottom of the pop-up and follow the instructions to Add a new address.
Go back to your order draft from your orders page and pick up where you left off. You will now be able to select the newly created address from the address options.
Edit the email address your invoice will be sent to by clicking on the Change button next to the Invoice email at the bottom of the page.
Note: the Billing address and invoice emails can't be changed after the quote is accepted. Please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or by mailing support@cutr.ai if you need to make changes to the delivery address beyond this point.
