As a Cutr production partner, you can grant your staff access to the platform by assigning roles that determine their permissions. Follow the steps below to set up access for your team.
Assigning Roles to Staff Members
Navigate to the Team Settings
Add a New Staff Member
Click Invite users to organisation.
Enter their email address and assign them a role.
Understanding Roles & Permissions
Admin β Full access, including financial data and user management.
Collaborator β Limited access to production-related tasks.
Can see file comments and annotations.
Can access orders in production.
Cannot change roles, see financial details, or manage RFQs.
Important Notes
At least one member must remain an Admin.
You cannot change your own role to Collaborator.
Only Admins can receive new offer notifications and be the primary contact.
Once assigned, staff members will receive an email invitation to join the platform with their respective permissions. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to the Cutr support team.
