How to Allow Platform Access for Your Staff Members

Learn how to grant your staff access to the Cutr platform by assigning roles with specific permissions.

As a Cutr production partner, you can grant your staff access to the platform by assigning roles that determine their permissions. Follow the steps below to set up access for your team.

Assigning Roles to Staff Members

  1. Navigate to the Team Settings

    • Log in to your Cutr account.

    • Go to the Settings section in the main navigation.

    • Select Members.

  2. Add a New Staff Member

    • Click Invite users to organisation.

    • Enter their email address and assign them a role.

  3. Understanding Roles & Permissions

    • Admin – Full access, including financial data and user management.

    • Collaborator – Limited access to production-related tasks.

      • Can see file comments and annotations.

      • Can access orders in production.

      • Cannot change roles, see financial details, or manage RFQs.

  4. Important Notes

    • At least one member must remain an Admin.

    • You cannot change your own role to Collaborator.

    • Only Admins can receive new offer notifications and be the primary contact.

Once assigned, staff members will receive an email invitation to join the platform with their respective permissions. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to the Cutr support team.
