With file annotations, you can now provide feedback, suggest changes, and track updates directly on PDFs and images, making it easier to collaborate and manage adjustments during your order lifecycle. Here’s how it works:
Adding Comments & Annotations
Commenting: You can add comments or annotations on PDFs and image files directly within the platform. Drop markers to highlight specific sections, and type your feedback. Comments from you, the production partner, and the Cutr team will all be visible, making collaboration smoother.
Replying: Engage in threaded discussions by replying to admin and production partner comments, ensuring all parties stay aligned on changes.
Tracking Changes and Approvals
Approval Notifications: If a new marker is placed on an approved file, you’ll receive a notification that the approval process will restart for that document. This ensures that updates are reviewed and approved to maintain order accuracy.
No Approval Trigger for Replies: Replies on existing markers won’t restart the approval process. This allows for ongoing discussions without affecting the file’s approval status.
