You can seamlessly switch between your customer and partner accounts and manage your organization settings. Here’s how:

Switching Accounts

  1. Sign In: Log in using your credentials.

  2. Account Menu: In the top-right corner, click on your profile icon to open the account menu.

  3. Switch Account: You’ll see options to switch between your customer and partner accounts if you belong to both. Simply select the account you want to access.

When to Use Each Account

  • Customer Account: Use this account when you want to request quotes or place orders to be produced by Cutr’s network. All tasks related to new orders or quotes should be managed here.

  • Partner Account: Use this account to view production requests sent to you by Cutr, and manage the orders you are producing. Log in to the partner account if you need to upload/review production details or manage the status of current projects.

Managing Organization Settings

  • Invite Coworkers: Go to the "Members" tab in your organization settings. Here, you can invite new users to join your customer or partner organization by entering their email addresses.

  • Organization Details: Check and update business details, addresses, and notifications under the "Organization" section. Both customer and partner organizations have dedicated areas for these settings.

Moving Orders (For Customers)

If you need an order moved to a different organization, Cutr’s support team can assist. They can transfer orders from one customer organization to another, keeping the original owner and delivery address unchanged.

This feature helps you manage multiple roles and organizations within a single account.
